4 day trip to ATL

ATLANTA
First thing first, God bless all the amazing chefs out there. I can whole heartedly say that if I lived there, I would be a solid 20 pounds heavier. But we will talk food in another post

We went out to ATL to enjoy the city and be tourists and do all things tourist. And cry about how our family/friends are paying less in rent for an entire house than we do for a room. Why California? Anywho, if you are looking to go to ATL, save yourself a lot of money and get a city pass. You are able to experience five main attractions for the low price of $76. To put that into perspective, going to just the aquarium is normally about $45. We were able to pack four out of five attractions in our four day trip.

FRIDAY
The time difference got to us a little, but we still made it to the beautiful Aquarium.

This was beautiful and frightening all at the same time, because the only thing separating me and this shark is glass. Crazy.

Saturday
The World of
Coca-Cola

Funny Fact: I don't drink dark sodas because when I was a little girl I was told it burns a whole in by heart. And that's all I needed to hear.

Civil Rights museum
Spectacular, if you can't do any other site this is a must. I love how interactive this museum is, you can hear recordings of actual freedom riders and read stories of the many lives lost. This environment will definitely get your blood boiling, eyes watery and heart moved.

Sunday
Frendmark Natural Museum
So one thing you all should know is that I am obsessed with trees and the color green. Honestly, if I can get married in the middle of a forest, I will.

The entire time I was in awe of God's work. Living in the city, it is easy to forget about nature and this trip really reminded me what a breath of fresh air looks and feels like. I truly believe I could breathe easier in Atlanta.
